Exercise Counselling

Where in the cycle of change are you at the moment? Are you contemplating to become more active or have you bought a pair of trainers already? Have you exercised in the past and given up? Perhaps because the friend you used to go to the gym with has moved away? Are you actively looking for a YMCA qualified Personal Trainer who can give you one-to-one tuition in the comfort of your own home or out of doors? Contact me.

So what are you waiting for? Is it that you don't have enough time to exercise? An Allied Dunbar Survey has revealed that "lack of time" is the most frequently used excuse not to exercise. And it is an excuse because we all find enough time to sit in front of the television or play computer games.

Is your life too chaotic and so hectic that you don't know where to turn? Is the family placing undue demands on you so that you have no space to breath? Do you suffer with stress induced Headaches, Neck Pain or Lower Back Problems? They can be an indication that you have to rethink your approach to life. I'm here to help and guide you towards a more relaxed lifestyle.

As a Fitness Professional I know the many excuses we make to avoid exercise but I also know how to overcome this inertia. It is not difficult to take the first step to a fitter, more fulfilled life if you know that Regular Physical Exercise will
benefit your overall health and improve your looks. Once you start to exercise on a regular basis you will notice the benefit of the body's own Feel-Good Hormones: the Endorphins. This may be to blame for the fact that Regular Physical Exercise can push back the barriers of biological aging by as much as 20 years. A perfect reason to become more active.

Initial activity doesn't have to be a "big thing". It can be as simple as parking the car further away from the shops, walking to the post box instead of dropping the letter off when driving to/from work, cleaning the windows yourself every-so-often, going for a game of Ten-Pin-Bowling etc.

As a Personal Trainer I know many ways to build activity into your daily routine and to become happier, fitter and feeling full of life.

Even
if you are a senior regular physical activity is a perfect way to ensure a fulfilled life, free from illness and stress. You just need a well qualified Fitness Professional to advise you. Even better if your Personal Trainer is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals to ensure the highest standards possible.

My expertise as an NLP Master Practitioner will also benefit you greatly in achieving your goals
