Forms of Training


Every person is an individual and has very specific wants and needs. Therefore, fitness training must be very specific to the individual person.
Aerobic and Weight Training are equally important for good health
Most people will be able to walk, which is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness providing it is done safely and, more important, effectively. Cycling, swimming, skiing or cutting the grass are also good forms of exercise to improve the fitness of the heart.

However, resistance training is equally important to build or tone muscles because they make it possible for us to move around.

A fun way of improving your muscles is to use Body Max™ or Circuit Training.
