Because your GP may have prescribed drugs to control an illness I will, of course, take those into account when devising your highly specialized workout programme. Being on drugs does not mean that you have to abstain from exercise it just means that certain factors have to be considered, like early fatigue, poor coordination, the need of an inhaler or, possibly, muscle cramps.
